Ropage offers the following Return Policy:

If you wish to return or exchange the item or items you've purchased from us, all you need to send is the following:

  • A receipt or copy of online receipt
  • Your name, address and phone number
  • The new item or items numbers (if exchanging)

To be qualified for returns or exchanges, the item or items have to be in original condition. The item or items returned need to be returned within 14-days of original purchase. There isn't anything additional for you to do.

Shipping Policy:

Ropage International attempts to ship within 2 business days after your order is received, subject to availability. Whenever possible, we will ship via USPS. All domestic orders are shipped first class mail and insured. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery unless you have selected expedited shipping.

All overseas orders are shipped Global Express Mail (EMS) and insured. It is your responsibility to be aware of any applicable customs regulations and import restrictions that may apply within your country.

All prices quoted are net merchandise plus shipping. Sales tax will be added where applicable. We are sorry, but PO Box delivery is not available.
